Active since the early 2000s, singer Andrew Smith, aka Abijah, delivers this 2014 Taxi release.

The track opens with a ska intro, smoothly transitioning into an early reggae melody filled with positivity and subtle dub-style delay effects— a brilliantly calculated composition by Sly & Robbie under the Keep That Light riddim.

Abijah’s soulful vocals, reminiscent of Bob Marley, fit perfectly into this masterpiece!

Interestingly, the track was co-produced by Sly & Robbie and Kazuhiko Asonuma, a former diplomat—a truly unique collaboration!

オープニングはSKAで、そこからアーリーREGGAEのポジティブなメロディ～ダブ特有のディレーをほんのり取り入れた、一聴シンプルながら計算し尽くされたスラロビ制作のKeep That Lightリディムに、ボブ・マーリー直系のアビジャーのヴォーカルがハマりまくった極上チューン！

ちなみにプロデュースはスラロビと、元外交官という異色の経歴を持つ阿曽沼和彦！
