Conrad Crystal, a member of Stereo One who made a splash with his 1986 solo debut "True Love" remains active to this day. Alongside him is Sugar Roy, known not only for collaborations with Crystal but also with artists like Lukie D. Since 2001, the duo has been tirelessly creating music, and after six years, they’ve returned with a new album titled "Honoring The Kings Of Reggae", featuring Fire Ball Crew and Zareb!
While the new album certainly piques our interest, today’s spotlight is on a gem from 2005, released via Digital B.
This track showcases the golden synergy between Sugar Roy’s toasting and Conrad Crystal’s smooth, familiar vocals. Their voices blend perfectly with the soothing, lovers-style Hold On riddim track, creating an utterly delightful tune. Truly an exceptional collaboration!
