As computerized riddims took over in the mid-1980s, numerous labels jumped on the trend and produced remakes of "Real Rock" Among these were heavyweights like Joe Gibbs, Power House, Jammys, Digital-B, and Stone Love, each contributing to the riddim's enduring legacy with a host of hit songs.
