That brings us to Bob James' 1979 release, his seventh solo album and the third from Tappan Zee, "Lucky Seven"
The album features popular sampling sources like A3 "Look-Alike" and A2 "Blue Lick" which has been sampled by Digable Planets in "Jettin'" DJ Honda feat. KRS-One in "Team Players" Jehst feat. Kyza & Klashnekoff in "Nightbreed" Decompoze in "Chocolate Shake" and King Giddra in "Mimawasou" The only track featuring vocals is B2 "Friends" composed by Neil Jason and others, with Neil's vocals adding a nice touch to this AOR tune.
